How one AI affiliate manager and one person keep thousands of affiliates warm, talking, and sending business. Every partner has a living contact card, so every conversation is written for that one person. The agent works inside the systems you already use, and a person approves every message before it goes out.
This is what makes every conversation different. Before anyone texts a partner, their record becomes a card: who they are, who they serve, what they want, what was promised. Every message is written from that card, and every reply and every recorded call adds to it. No two conversations are the same, because no two cards are.
Bookkeeper for owner-operator trucking companies. Sent two deals in 2025, then went quiet during tax season. Wants referrals that actually close.
Every partner links to their tier, niche, manager, source and calls, so "Executive partners in trucking who said after tax season" is one search.
Every card is yours. You can open it and read it like a note, it links to the partner's tier, niche, manager and calls, and the details your team uses every day stay in step with the records you already keep.
"Silent" means no reply and no deal. The daily sweep moves each affiliate between stages and tags them. A reply or a deal brings them straight back.

One affiliate's month. Touches alternate SMS and email. Offers rotate between a new program or product, a growth service, an event, and a partner incentive.
| Rule | Trigger | What happens | How it's sent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bi-weekly touch | 14 days since last touch | Value tip, partner win, or quick question | Automated |
| Monthly offer | 30 days since last offer | A new program, a growth service, an event, or an incentive | Automated |
| Personal check-in | 60 days silent | "How's it going? What can I do to help? Seen the new programs?" | Agent-drafted, manager-approved |
| Dormant reactivation | 90 days silent | 4-touch win-back; past producers get a personal note | Automated, or personal |
| Dead-lead campaign | 180 days silent, every 90 days | What's new → free growth service → breakup | Automated |
| "Check back with me" | They named a date | A note, a task and a follow-up date; lands in that morning's queue | Agent-drafted, manager-approved |
This runs every weekday on a schedule. The manager's job shrinks to reading one card, editing if needed, and approving.
Reply triage runs every 20 minutes. Every reply updates the affiliate's record. The agent drafts the response, and the manager approves it in the next card.
| They say | Read as | What happens automatically |
|---|---|---|
| "Got a client for you, ready to start this month" | A deal | 🔥 Manager alerted, same-day call task |
| "Slammed with tax season, check back in a few weeks" | Not now | A task and a follow-up on the date they gave; shows up in that morning's queue |
| "I have 2,000 old leads I never worked" | Wants help | Growth Services card (reactivation) + a scoping task |
| "When do commissions get paid?" | Commissions | Answer task for the human. The agent never states terms |
| "Send me the training invite" | Event interest | Next event link drafted |
| "STOP" | Opt-out | Do-not-contact, permanently. No further messages of any kind |
Affiliates send more deals when they have more leads. The agent offers help, queues it, and tracks it to delivery.
Done-for-you help, offered in check-ins and on request:

Partner training twice a month ("How to use it and get more leads"), plus a weekly partnerships and affiliate-marketing coaching call in the Skool group.
The agent invites the right segments, sends reminders and the replay, tags who's interested, and follows up with anyone who asked a question.
| Role | Owns |
|---|---|
| AI Affiliate Manager (the agent) | The rhythm. Daily sweep, queue, personalized drafts, reply triage, record keeping, follow-up tasks, newsletter and offer drafts, event logistics, scorecards, memory. |
| Relationship manager (a person, ours or yours) | Relationships. Approves every send, takes the calls (deals, service scoping, recovery), works the daily task list with the agent. |
| Your partner lead (your side) | Your program's owner. Program terms, commissions, new programs, escalations, final say on offers. |
| Official affiliate partner | Weekly partnerships coaching call in the group, events, growth-kit strategy. |
Compliance built into the send path: SMS carries opt-out language and only goes out 9:00–20:00 in each recipient's own time zone, STOP means do-not-contact forever, and a lint blocks "guaranteed", "no credit check", and stated rates. The demo runs in demo mode, where only designated test contacts receive real messages.
An affiliate program of 253 partners, run day by day through the same engine the live agent uses: sweep, approvals, sends, reply triage, deals, newsletter, events. Reply rates are set at 22% for personal messages and 7% for bulk, stated so you can judge them.
| Lifecycle | Day 0 | Day 30, without agent | Day 30, with agent |
|---|
| What the agent did | 253 affiliates | Projected at 10,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Personal check-ins / follow-ups sent | 115 | 4,545 |
| Cadence enrollments (bi-weekly, monthly, reactivation) | 449 | 17,747 |
| Newsletter deliveries | 759 | 30,000 |
| Event / training invites | 390 | 15,415 |
| "Check back with me" tasks worked on their day | 24 | 949 |
| Replies triaged | 59 | 2,332 |
| Deals submitted after outreach | 12 | 474 |
The 253 partners are synthetic, so nobody was contacted; the engine and every rule are the real ones. The projection scales the run linearly and is only as good as its reply-rate assumptions. At full scale the personal queue is capped at 40 per day per manager, so personal volume grows with manager seats, not linearly. The live demo runs the same engine on a demo account.
